I would be very thankful for any input regarding grade of this 1776-1976 Bicentennial Eisenhower dollar. In addition, after perusing Whitman's Red Book, I seek confirmation on the variety . (no mintmark) Copper-Nickel Clad Variety 1?

Coins are tough to grade from photos. I like to see them in hand so I can move them around in the light.

With that being said, I see some rubbing on the jaw. I am going to say it is in the AU range. If it is not rubbing I see, the other contact marks will keep him the lower MS range.
