1919 One Cent Error Question - Coin Community Forum

intocoins New Member Canada 35 Posts	Posted 02/16/2017 2:15 pm I know nothing about error coins but I have several that I wonder about. This one is a 1919 one cent. The damage seems to be under the letters on the reverse. That is, the coin has the extended mark/gouge but the letters seem to be intact other than worn. The obverse seems unaffected. Just trying to learn so I apologize if the answer is clear to those with expertise. Also sorry about the glare on the pictures. Still working on that.
