I'm pretty sure it's not 64, but I can't really tell the difference between 61-63 so

The slight luster breaks on the tops of the left and right wings, a faint touch perhaps on the top of the breast, the hair at the ear, and the overall look of the fields, especially obverse, strongly suggest AU58 to me, but a TPG MS62 or even MS63 market grade would not be entirely out of line.

Completely agree with paralyse. Hairlines, top of wings (tips), and hair curl at center of OBV covevering ear doesn't come to a point. 55-58. Get a push if you're lucky.
