This one is better struck but bag marks on neck keeps it at 64 for me .

High end MS64, probably a TPG MS65 these days. A few more marks than the 1944. Very attractive.

Solid 64. Have you checked that mintmark well? Can't get enough detail from photo on my end, but variety errors are a bonus if you can verify. Also, the leaves appear to be quite detailed for a Type A Reverse.
