Found this roll hunting and I've never seen one even close to as nice!? Must be a proof then? Please let me know what you think

No, not a proof but is a nice business's strike, from your photos an AU-58 to an MS-60 grade, doesn't seem to have much wear/Knicks especially on rim. Wish I looked that good when I was 50 years old!

Welcome to the forum.A proof has a literal mirror surface. You can put it beside a page of print and pretty easily read the wording (well - reflected).

The one you found is a keeper for sure. Very nice condition & a good find.
