Hard to tell from the obverse pictures if there is any wear on the cheek or jaw. I don't see any with this lighting. The ear doesn't have much definition but I can't tell if it's because of the issues associated with all dies in this age range or wear. The fields appear clean.
Reverse has taken a few hits to the devices, especially lettering in the center. Overall it's a nice coin and based on what I see in these photos, my two-cents would be in the area of MS-60 to -63.

Don't see any wear and field look pretty clear - MS64BN was my initial thought

I'm going to say, MS-63Bn just because the photos are not the best.

Tricky, tricky....can you see detail in the beard? Looks like the obverse strike is soft. Does it cartwheel?

Sharp but weak ,does that make any CENTS . I actually love this coin and would be happy to have it in my collection . So my 54 year educated guess is MS64BN .
