I have a Shield nickel from a bargain bin, and I'm wondering if it's an FS-308 small over large date.It seems to have all of the markers, but the date is higher and much closer to the ball on the shield than the examples I've seen pictures of. Here is a pic of the date, with numbered arrows for the markers.

1. Flag of secondary 1
2. Top of secondary 8
3. Top of secondary 7
4. Right curve of secondary 2

Any Shield nickel gurus out there who can say yay or nay?

I could be behind the times but the only true large over small date I know of in the shields is the 1873 large/small date.

I double checked, and it's on page 273 of the 6th edition Cherrypicker's Guide
