Can someone give me an idear of what did happen to this coin got that in my change today and just looking at it under microscope find all kind of marking on it .

Andre, I think the zinc core of this penny is corroding underneath the copper plating, pushing up these bubbles.
It can't be cleaned, as the problem is internal. Pretty sad...the US should do the steel/nickel/copper cent that Canada is using.

That's what I tought Kurt,i guess this coin was once on the salty road in Montreal I can see some white stuff in the holes could be salt residue.

The white stuff is probably zinc oxide which is a common byproduct of zinc corrosion. It's sad to consider the condition most zinc pennies will be in 50 years.

Yes that could be that Kurt I remember finding a coin with the same spot on it.By the way I'm starting a new war in canadian coins have a look. :-))))))

i received a nice 2007 in change the other day with this on the top part of the coin.
