It appears to me just to be a small date with a die chip. Sorry.

The over date looks like a messed up Large Date and the 0 will appear out of round. I have only found one but that was the impression that I had at first. Still Lookin

Congrats Still lookin! I have 12 BU roll of sd's, all I got were a handful of RPM's!

Not small over large date. I believe a die chip is all.

Would like to see MM clearer. Also whole coin obverse and reverse. The die chip and MM location seems to line up close to CC's 1960D-1MM-115. Tough to call with current single image. Thanks, Doug.
