Hi everyone does anyone start geting 2017 circulating coins in change yet or not I am just curious as recently I have seen one in my change  |

Not yet. I'm still waiting for all the 2016 ones to be released. The Changeover 5c, 20c and $1 are almost impossible to find in Brisbane, and I'm not going to start thinking about the 2017 ones until I have all the 2016 ones (from circulation, not just the mint sets and mint bags).  |

I'm in western Pennsylvania and I haven't even seen any... not even philly mints!

I'm in a similar situation as Hercules, still waiting for all the 2016 coins to appear, but the big difference is he's actively noodling for them, I'm not. I have to rely on getting them in my change. life is a mystery to be lived not a problem to be solved

i got 50 cents piece in my change day before yesterday . and 2016 we have lots of them here in melbourne . I got them all (changeover and regular ones ) long time back .

Got this 2017 piece in the change from shopping at the local Aldi's this morning. I also live in Melbourne. Squire PS. In response to the first post by Hercules, Interestingly, I have now found all of the 2016 "50 years of decimal currency" except the 1 dollar coin. This is proving to be hard to get. I'm very sure the Changeover 5c and 20c have not been actively released in Brisbane. The only ones that do turn up seem to have been imported from interstate. The Changeover 10c, 50c, and $2 are being actively released, but only in small quantities.  |

Nice one squire Wilson . lucky me I got 2nd one now . we should send some changeover 5 cents and 20 cents to Brisbane. and no doubt changeover 1$ is hardest one to find . I only got one so far since they have been released, but lots of 2$ and small denomination.  thanks Edited by WangWang

Knowing my luck, the 2017 50c will turn up in Brisbane long before the Changeover 5c, 20c and $1, so I like your idea of sending them up here. I'm tempted to release the ones I bought from the mint, but I'm afraid that I'll never see them again.

That's excellent news! If they're on the Gold Coast, then it won't be long until they reach Brisbane. Have you found all the Changeover ones yet, or are you still missing a few (like I am)?

Yes I came across all the Changeover coins before the end of last year but since then I've only found two more 50c coins. The early ones must have come here in tourist pockets!

Do you know whether Armaguard has a separate facility on the Gold Coast? If so, I might go down there to do some noodling. |

I think you're right. The Brisbane one's located at Murarrie, so I suspect that's where my coins are coming from. I wonder how far south I'd have to travel to get coins from the Gold Coast facility instead of the Brisbane one. |
