Ok so first is a 1913 Barber half dollar with the usual rim hit . Next I have a standing liberty 1917 type 1 I bought raw. Lastly an 1927 PCGS xf45 walking liberty for comparison.

SLQ = VF-35

Barber Half = G-6, It appears that it could have hairlines on the obverse.

1913 G6 and possibly an old cleaning, but not enough to warrant a details grade.
The 1917 T1 is a nice XF40 and has a solid strike.

For what it's worth, the PCGS coin you posted barely makes VF30, no matter what the grade says on the holder.

1917 SLQ: VF30
1913 BQ: VG8

Can't compare the grading of a 1917 SLQ with that of a 1927 SLQ. They are graded according to different criteria.

I wouldn't get too hung up on the technical grade. It is a great coin with tons of eye appeal. Appears to have great surfaces.
