Hard to say from the image provided. What are you seeing as hub doubled on your coin? incuse (sunken) lines on your coin are usually coin damage from circulation. Discount these are not hub doubling. If the tops of the devices are flattened a bit, this can also make one think they are wider. But coin wear/circulation flattening is usually the case for this.
But there is a link of on older thread that might help you to identify what is hub doubling. What to look for. What areas are often affected.

This is a better picure I think! How do I know for certainty is double die or doble hublin!! And wha value can this be! And how can I get any con certified!!

Looks like a VLDS coin. Note on the 'D' on UNITED also show machine damage on the inside of that device.

Your coin is Machine Doubled not a Doubled Die, so the value is five cents. There is no premium for unattractive wear on the die. There are various coin websites that offer attribution services. You can choose one you like with a little Googling. There is a charge for it, so I'd recommend finding a more appropriate coin.

I agree . I posted one on here yesterday to show all the md on both sides of the letters and numbers . It was a vlds as well .
