Hi all,
I noticed some notching on the corners of TY and am wondering if this is an example of Strike Doubling or is it a quirky case of PMD?

Thanks for the response crazyb0. Is a clogged die the same as a Grease Filled Die? I just find it odd that both the T and the Y have notches.

Looks like damage from a passing coin.

The recesses on the die sometimes get filled or partially filled with grease and/or debris. Debris leaves a rough texture on coins. When it's clogged with just grease it prevents the device from forming, if it's partially clogged it partially prevents it. Grease also usually weakens surrounding areas. Your coin is fairly sharp. I agree with Coop, it looks like it's suffered coincidental similar damage on the T and Y.
