Hi I found this quarter looking like the "double chin" being doubled? The rest of the coin looks fine. It has a lot of die gouges on the front area as well.

Looks like slight die movement after the strike the 'E' also shows a bit of it in the same direction.

Yes that is the cause. It tends to make a flattened line area on the bust.

Die polishing only affect the fields. The bust and the other devices are sunk into the die. So they are not usually affected. (Sometimes they are if the die polisher falls into the cavity of the die)
