Hi all, I found this coin during the penny roll hunting. The last digit of the date is very blemish, it looks "1"? Also the ear lobe looks like doubled? Is this coin a PMD or something else? Thank you for reading/responding.

The I and the 1 appear to have been caused by a Grease Filled Die, and the ear may have been double, but it looks like circulation may have obscured possible signs.

No double ear is normal, just worn/flattened. Grease or other filled, most likely grease, Did that a lot in the early 90's to keep the dies working longer.

Note on the motto that the devices appear wider, but this also from the Struck Through Grease issue. Probably the die was wiped down with a cloth to remove the grease. Instead it help filled the recesses of the die. Unevenly at that.
