Hi all, I am trying to make sense of this coin. It looks silver or nickel in color and the one cent is double struck.

Any ideas what this may be? Thanks

Doubt if error...1) is it magnetic? 2) Weight? 3) size of cent or dime. If dime would be silver

Fake coin for sure, wonder if made as a commemorative Centennial celebration souvenier?

That looks interesting. I don't know much about IH penny, but the design seems legit. I don't see any glaring sign for it to be a counterfeit.
Can't be struck on Seated dime planchet since it is smaller than IHP and the IHP denticle will not be shown.
Perhaps it was struck on foreign silver planchet?

What is the weight? Even if struck on a dime or other planchet, there are details that don't make sense--to me. Hopefully an error expert will chime in.
