Need better quality pix too, not clear enough to really define any problem. Think what youre seeing is the "ghosting" effect around the date? That's normal high speed machining, heat and thin copper plating being moved around the surface. Sometimes see a "bluish/gray color around the letters/numbers, that's split plating down zinc core. Zinc rot can now attack quite rapidly, cent is a goner. its not MAD, that's a misalignment problem, this is just normal for the "zincolns".
