PCGS Claim the following on their Website (regarding late returns)

"3 coins submitted through the Express Service level and the
submission is 1 day late, you will receive 1 voucher for the Express Service.

4 coins submitted through the 15 Day Regular Service level and
the submission is 5 days late, you will receive 4 vouchers for the
15 Day Regular Service.

I have never had one delivery on time and never had one voucher, my last submission was 8 coins for the 15 day service, this was offically received by PCGS on the 4th Nov, its now the 30th and I still dont have my coins, I checked this morning and it claims they just shipped, so I should expect some vouchers..... but I am betting there wont be a single one....

Has anyone ever received any? if so just how long overdue was your submission

Thanks

Sounds like the "new and improved" Anacs have some other TPG services reconsidering the PROPER way to take care of the people who take care of them.

I've had coins overdue from PCGS by a couple days with the 15-day Regular Service. When I politely inquired if I was owed a voucher or two, I was advised of PCGS's new patented calendar wherein there are only three "business days" in most weeks. Thus, 15 days stretches into four to six real weeks. When I've wanted a coin back in a hurry, I use the Express ($50, 7 days) which they have never missed.

Reminds me of the old cartoon of a bunch of people rolling around the floor laughing their butts off and stating, "You want it WHEN?".
