@ch3mical0ne, first welcome to CCF. Second, these look like English half-pennies and pennies to me, but it is very hard to tell from your photo. Best practice is to take separate photos of each coin's front and back for posting. See this website for info about a half-penny from 1899:

The top two are pennies (1d): an 1866 Victoria & too dark to see the date on the 2nd.
The bottom two are ha'pence (1/2d): an 1899 Victoria & what looks like an 186x-dated Victoria.
