I am seeing the same coin with the two links, but it looks to be Australian. I will recommend this thread to be moved to the proper forum.

Australia - 20 cents
West Germany - 10 Pfenning - prior European Union
Italy - 100 Lira - prior European Union

As a kid, I collected circulation coins - 1 per each country, and these were in my collection.
For Australia I had 2 cents coin with Lizard.
