Identifying Fakes Vs Mis-Stamped

Hi,

I have a few UK £2 which are slightly eccentrically stamped. There is a dotted ring which is supposed to be on the gold area around the ring where the two parts are pressed together which is offset and protrudes into the silver area.
Also, I do have an example where the silver patterned area is slightly offset and protrudes into the gold area.

How do I identify a fake from a genuine mis-stamped coin?

This one is quite eccentric between the gold and silver parts. The dotted pattern which should just be on the gold part is eccentric too and barely visible in places which could just be wear and tear:

This one you can see the dotted ridge falls in to the gap between the gold and silver metals:

This is the front of a coin where the silver pattern is so offset it is stamped partially on the gold part:

This is the rear of the previous image. Although there is no pattern offset, you can see the dotted ring is out of place:
