I just check the three sites to see if any are listed for this year/mint. But I see none listed so far. If you could get a horizontal image of the date, I could make a side by side. To see if the devices are the same as normal or not. Often when I see this on the tops of the devices, I figure it is coin contact. But the mark on the '7' does look interesting. But a better image would work better for me. Often when you rotate the coin back, you loose the fullness of the ends of the devices. That would help me out if you could do that. (remember if you have the images horizontal when you take the image, you eliminate the need for rotating it later on) Even the motto images rotated horizontal helps us see what is going on better.
Tip for the day.
3-5 devices per image are better for editing. It allows us to see what is really going on with an image. A close up on one device/letter is a waste of time.

They are normal in size. The marks on the 7 is part of the design for that year:
