Quote: *regular*  it's tough to tell from these pics but besides unattractive finger prints, it looks frosty and pretty clean, on the obverse mostly. ICCS would probably put this in a MS-65 holder.

I am not by any means a proficient grader, but there is a serious gauge on the neck of the goose, and multiple dents on the wings. on the queen cheek there are multiple hits as well.
for me this is more of high AU, am I that off with my opinion? or am I skewed because of the overall appearance because of the finger prints and bag marks?

AU 58 There is slight wear in the Queen's hair above the ear, also on the goose's shoulder and wrist area. A lot of the dings and fingerprint appear to be post-mint.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

Not really a fan of either, and certainly not a fan of ICCS. Personally, I don't think they'd get higher than 62 at any of the major US firms.

I'd say MS-63 for coin #1 and PL-64 for coin #2.
