If he thinks that he's been ripped off for $47,000, he should go to California and sue PCGS. He'll almost certainly lose. On the other hand, David Rosenberg might win a defamation case against him due to the coin owner accusing him of stealing. BTW, he should have had the coin insured if it was worth so much and he couldn't take the loss (which I assume he can't since he was using it to get a loan).
