I found this 1970 d dime in some pocket change,, and I got to looking at the reverse and I just dont know what ta think,, it looks like its got lines and bumps and idk,, just different to me. heres some pics I know they not that good, but hope someone can tell me somethin. many thx

It looks to me like a worn out die but I'm no expert.

Those are flow lines...when dies wear, materials tend to move outwards from the constant pressures. Not sure about the pebble effect, worn dies or planchet problem?

I'm thinking on top of worn die, it may be badly plated or a bad mix of chemicals like what you see with some zincolns.
