Recent purchase off ebay...only the reverse Struck Through Grease above the right maple leaf and the die Crack off the A in Canada were mentioned in the listing but there is also a struck through wire on the obverse...

...but this coin is also toned compared to a regular nickel as seen here. I noticed it right away and I remember seeing a post on this in the past (I think). Please let me know your thoughts on this weird toning. Thanks.

Nice one!

All 1997 nickels are of cupro-nickel composition.
Colour like yours shows is quite normal
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
