Hey, could I get some opinions on what type of doubling this is? I'm guessing the consensus will be MD. Thanks.

If you're magnifying that much you'll go blind very fast, stop it! You're hurting MY eyes!

Seriously, way too close, those pix aren't even showing MD, just what's normal. When dies strike, even on, there will be a vibration caused...cause and effect, that is machining, period, end of story. Back off the mag, I'd say those are 200-250x, stay at 50x or less. You'll see doubling quite clearly there, I'm usually 30-45x and that's oodles!

No need to apologize at all! Everyone is here to learn! Well, I guess if you magnify every coin 250x, you will start seeing things.

It's 60x. But I'll stop bothering with that. 10x makes me strain my eyes but I'll try to get used to it.

The close ups are good in what was captured, but to close on a single device resembles something more like a lunar landing. Three to four devices is best for sizing or caparisons with other known examples. Especially when no description is included to clarify what is actually being displayed.

I struggle with 10X magnification, but read that is the typical magnification the 3rd party attributors will (typically) judge by. Thanks, Doug.
