Showing my lack of knowledge of errors again.
Around the rim it almost looks like a second set of denticles.
Would this be considered an error and if so,what type.

Thanks Guys-
That makes sense.
The rim at 11.00 is thicker than normal so the
rim at 4:00 would be thinner.

Mis Aligned Die. It means that the dies don't align properly so one side will be centered and the other side slightly off center. Nice coin!
