Someone took some stamps and stamped that on there. There is a whole set of these that have the 50 states on it.

I found one just about exactly like it as a kid and thought I had stumbled on a million. Unfortunately, now that I'm older and wiser, I've seen many of these with many odd designs. I've got one with Lincoln smoking a pipe. One that is silver plated with a map of Alaska etched on it. Another with a moose on it. Recently I saw a 50 state collection of them with a state on each. If it was a circulation find, then it is worth definitely worth one cent for the story it tells. Otherwise, I wouldn't particularly spend any money on one.
