Two coins I was wondering if I could get some help identifying. Thank you for any help you might be able to provide.

The first coin is in very very poor shape. It is either a duit or a double duit. The obverse says MON NOVA COMIT ZELANDIAE; the reverse says LUCTOR ET EMERGO (these cannot be completely made out, but enough of the characters are identifiable to match it to text found on certain duits). The date is unclear; assuming it is split with two digits to the left of the crown and to the right, then the third digit is definitely a zero and the fourth might be a four. What I think might be the second digit looks most like an 8, but that seems to be impossible, so I assume it is a heavily damaged 6. My understanding is that the portrait (a bearded man in a high frilly collar looking to the right) should either be Philip II or Prince Maurice depending on the year, but I haven't been able to find any info that would help distinguish their portraits.

Note: The pale line on the obverse is a stray cat hair that got in the way

The second "coin" is two headed. One side has Frederick III of Prussia, the other has William II of Prussia. The portraits are identical to those found on coins from 1888 (the only year Frederick was King and appeared on coins) and the size (~23mm) is close if not identical to that from a 20 Mark, although it appears to be made of brass.

I assume this is most likely a commemorative token of some sort rather than an actual released coin or mistaken strike, but I haven't been able to find any information about it.

The Zeeland coin is listed in my Krause as a 2 duit piece. I concur about the date being key to identifying the portrait (and vice-versa). I would also concur about the date being 1604, meaning the portrait should be that of Philip II. I couldn't find any online pics of either type to compare it with.

The Wilhelm II and Frederick medal would indeed be a souvenir piece. I suspect the medallist made the Frederick obverse originally for a souvenir coronation medal, and used it again on this piece when Frederick died shortly after becoming emperor.
