Here is an 1863 Indian cent. This is one of those "thick white" cents which were issued for most of the Civil War period. Although the diameter is the same as the modern cent, the coin is two or three times thicker. The 1863 cent is the most common date in this group.

Here's the coin. What would you grade it and what do you think PCGS called it?

I can't see this less than 65, and I wouldn't be shocked if PCGS gave it a 66.

I'm at 64 tops here if that. Lower obverse neck and field marks hold it back.
