The 2002 is damaged. You can see that the D has taken a hit on the right side.
The 2004 has doubling caused from an over used or worn die. It has no extra collector value, but is an interesting example to learn from.
The 2000 is showing Mechanical Doubling, sometimes called Machine Doubling or Strike Doubling. This is caused from movement of the die during the striking process, but is not considered a mint error and has no collector value.
Something to keep in mind while searching for RPMs (Repunched Mint Marks), since 1990, the mint mark has been added to the design of the coin on the die, not punched in later by hand, so there cannot be any RPMs after 1990.
