Beautifully Toned Silver Proof Quarters

artarr New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 03/17/2017 11:26 am This is a follow-up to my post yesterday about strangely colored silver proofs. I really liked the look of the natural toning on two of my silver proof dimes so I went back to my coin store yesterday. Out of a bag of over 200 silver proof quarters I found these eight with nice toning. It is hard to tell in the photo but only the Washington bust has toning, the rest of the coin is mirror finish. They may not have any additional value but I am starting a page in my coin album dedicated to proofs with toning. And by the way, I got them for the price of junk silver :) Report this Post to the Staff
