I would sure appreciate any and all opinions about this coin. I believe it to be a 1922 "No D" LWC Die Pair #3, but were wondering what you all think , is it legit and if so (even though I don't generally like to ask this question) what might the value be? Thank you for your time and consideration. Here is info from http://www.lincolncentresource.com/...rieties.html: Die pair #3: Second 2 in date is weaker than first 2. TRUST is weak but sharper than IN GOD WE. L in LIBERTY butts up against the rim. The reverse is slightly rotated counterclockwise Reverse is weak -- lower left part of O in ONE begins to spread into the field as the die deteriorates. Reverse looks "wavy"

Sure aren't the expert but per your points, spot on. Now, does the NO D have a residual showing like I circled. It is there, could this be the "weak D"? Also, note the extreme die wear on 1 & 9, is reason for polishing away the 2 & D & last T Just some thoughts, don't know but does look promising...keep my fingers crossed? forgot...

Thanks for the comments so far. As for the residual D, that is not visible in-hand in 3D.

Great find sudz! I dont see any signs of a D on your coin-NGC only lists prices for the strong reverse not the weak reverse

If it's a weak D, it's the weakest D I've ever seen.

Right. I'm fairly confident this is a nice circulated example of Die Pair #3. While not as valuable as its better-struck sib, it's still a nice addition to any collection.

Looks like the real deal and honest circulation is the only reason any question might be raised. I think you snatched a good one. Congratulations.

Almost looks like a weak 'D' I found years ago:

That dot beneath the 2 is characteristic?
