what causes all these striations on this cent? they are all raised,, is it die cracks,, wore out die,,

They are die scratches. note how they disappear behind the devices? That is because the area with the die scratches is the outside part of the die. With the scratches incuse on the die, it leaves raised lines on the coins. Pretty common to see these. The polishing sometimes leaves them rough looking like they used a wire brush on the die. No premium for these, but always nice to know what they are.
