The first two pics (w/ the cross) look like a Spanish real of some sort but, I don't recognize the obverse design except making out an "8" possibly.

I think it's a copy of a genuine coin. It still may be silver, though.

I'm no expert and will wait for others to chime in.

@ym82, thanks for improving the pics. It definitely helps. You have a novelty "pirate coin". If you search CCF with those keywords, you will find many others posted here as well as places to buy more. They are used for pirate-themed parties and have no numismatic value.

It purports to be a Spanish Cob coin, but IMO it is a recent copy and not an ancient or medieval coin.

I'm moving this over to the World coin section for more replies.
