I just come across this one and thought it was MD,But the doubling is wide spread obverse and reverse. Thanks for looking and all advice is appreciated!

It looks like a Machine Doubling, but I leave the final say for the pros.

It is MD, devices are reduced in size from normal.

On the base line you can see where that area is flattened. Shelf like. MD as mentioned. Spendable
