Can't tell from bad pix. Need clear and closeup, full frame shots. When asking questions, specify exactly what you're seeing, like " in bay 2 the left column appears tilted/doubled". That way we know what it is to comment on. From this unfocused distanced I'll tell you I think I see a normal Lincoln Cent, not very helpful I know.

The obverse is a Grease Filled Die, something's clogged in that area. The reverse,non bay three column four, left center the appears to be a bite out of it. That may be a clogged die issue as well. On the right of column four in bay five towards the bottom looks like a die chip?
Maybe?

The reverse is showing part of a die clash on bays 3 & 4.
