I think this is a good obverse strike through arrows point it out. Any advice is appreciated!

I see the incuse area, but is the outer edges of that area raised higher than rest of the bust. Metal movement happens when coins are damaged after the strike. If it happened during the strike then the outside edges of the affected should be normal height.

The die prevents the outside areas of a struck though to be raised. When it is PSD, those areas rise after the contact happens.

A little higher angle would be more help. I can't see what we should be seeing yet.
