Is the edge thicker than normal and rounded off? If so, it's a dead giveaway for a Dryer Coin and that just means post-mint damage ( PMD), nothing special.

Altered coin. PSD. (Post-Strike-Damage) If the weight is normal, then it is a Dryer Coin. If it is less it was reduced in size.
