Learning about Ike Proofs. I came across one of my Proof 1971s with a peg leg. It looks like it is a fading peg leg. I was also amazed at the mirror quality of this coin. So much so that I had a difficult time taking photos as you can see the top of my scope mirrored in the reverse photo. Is this a later die state because of the overpolishing for proof coins that created this fading leg?
Also, what distinguishes CAM from DCAM and could this be a DCAM? There is not a single spot or blemish on it.

Sure looks like an FPL to me. Not sure if I would call it a late die state or not.

If you haven't already checked out the Ike Group, they give a lot of info on these.
