The images area a bit small, but the overall size of the devices look normal from what I can see so far. But a close view might nail this down for me.

OK, now I see what is going on with your coin. It is suffering from Die Deterioration. Note the LIBERTY? You can see that left side of those devices showing the deterioration. Also on the Tops and insides of the close in devices are also showing this towards the rim direction. Just a senior die. (showing it wrinkles)
