Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 03/23/2017 11:10 pm The late 60's were known for many MAD's just like this. No premiums, only when some element or part of field missing. Then may be offset strike. Looks like heavy die scratches, polishing a worn die. The date looks to show this die wear. Report this Post to the Staff
