It is a very slight MAD, but since no design elements are missing, it will probably not have any premium.

The late 60's were known for many MAD's just like this. No premiums, only when some element or part of field missing. Then may be offset strike. Looks like heavy die scratches, polishing a worn die. The date looks to show this die wear.

Nothing special jumping out at me, very very slight MAD. The coin is in fairly nice shape for it's age though. Nice pics.
