I appreciate it, I was looking in the completely wrong era.
And I apologize for the incomplete pictures, at the time I had to use a scanning bed, as I did not have my camera.
Below are full pictures of the coin I have, Hopefully it will help another fellow collector identify his coin in the future.

I assume it's value (especially in current condition) is more as a novelty rather than a collector's item?
I plan on using it in the collection I am starting my nephew off with, and just want to make sure it shouldn't be more valuable to me as I can only hope he would take care of his collection, but he is quite young.
I see various prices in both better and worse condition ranging from $15 to $165, but find no information on measuring the value itself.
