can somebody tell me what is up with this cent,, is it PMD,, worn die or what? it just looks different to me

I have great difficulty with images as well. You may have a doubled die but with the glare and blurriness I can't tell. Can you try getting some more pics. I know there are no listings yet for the 2012 Denver mint. The Y in Liberty does look odd.

Edit: Your title should be Lincoln Shield cent not Memorial.

i guess I'm seeing a worn out die john1,,,,,looks to me that theres a ring around the inside of the rim around the whole cent

There may have been an issue with the coat of the Jacket being filled with a bit of grease on that area. The date seems almost normal. That would explain the weakness on the coat. Die Deterioration on the left side of the coin.
