ok,, can someone tell me if this is a Greaser or a weak strike or what,,,, there is no Abe Lincoln on the reverse,,, or I can't see him?

It looks like the die was over polished. It removed a lot of the mid devices on the coin. Just the deeper devices are now seen on your coin. Thus the statue is weak, columns are smaller in width and the cornice design is also weaken from the over polishing. The coins that followed your coin all look like that until the die was retired.
