@sarries87, hmm that is a tough one. It looks to me like a royal monogram of CC on one side and a rose on the other. Perhaps a jeton from the time of Charles II of England (mid to late 1600s)? Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will weigh in on this.

A Google search for "tudor rose two c's crowned" brought me to the following scanned book...The excerpts I paste below, at the bottom, certainly fit the OP coin. The book, unfortunately, provides no illustrations.
