Unidentified Possibly European Coins With A Globe-Like Thing

These may or may not be coins. They have a vaguely European look.

I have included 2 different items as they are similar and may well be related. The larger is 18 millimeters and weighs 0.99 gram. The smaller is 17 mm and weighs 0.86 gram.

The round thing in the middle is actually raised a little above the surface.

The bottom one has a B above and a C below. The other side of the bottom one has what may be the word "ANNO".

The globe of the tope one has a lines running through it and a sword or scepter-like thing as well.

Top one says 1703 on it I think.
These are not listed in Krause by the way.

Thanks! Not in Krause-no surprise. It is very weak for the lower denomination coins, I find.
