Pretty rough looking coin.

It does have a floating roof and appears to be missing the designer's initials.

It was hit with a lawn mower. I've picked up enough of these on school play grounds while metal detecting too recognize the damage

Edge damaged after strike. Because its 1969 I have to comment on another notable or common issue for this year caused by an over polished or worked die(s).
