I was going through a bag of cents that came out of my banks coin sorting machine and ran across this 1994-D Rosie. It is out of round as can be seen in one of the photos and weighs 2.2g with a reeded edge. I would like your thoughts on this one. Thanks for your input.

Don't think it's a train track coin but i'd say it's been run through a set of rollers.

I know of no mint error that would cause that. I think it's PSD. How it happened is anyone's guess.
